Refund policy

At vSeeBox Official Distributor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Return Shipping: We cover return shipping costs — simply contact us and we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
